Sequencing of laser captured motoneurons (ChAT immunolabelling) niches (MNniches-seq)
To understand dynamic molecules of indivisual motoneurons (MNs) niches in response to sciatic nerve crush (0.5h, 3h, 12h, 1d, 3d and 7d), we employed laser dissected ChAT postitive cells coupled with Smart-seq2 (LCM-seq) with high-coverage depth to obtain genome-wide gene expression profiles of MNs. We collected a total of 700 samples (~100 samples per condition) and 682 out of 700 showed the expression of Chat >=1 were kept for the downstream analysis.
This site was bulit for easy exploration the expression change in MNs niches in response to peripheral nerve injury.
